Thanks to a collaboration with coach Jiri Sonka we were able to run extensive tests through the period of Covid when only FIS ranked teams were able to ski.

Jirka and his team are using the latest version of Gate Zero currently consisting of a mechanical gate and two optical gates as one split and a finish.

We started our collaboration because Jirka & team were looking for an easy-to-use timing system that doesn't require the synchronization of start and finish : something that usually causes further problems. Gate Zero is set up effortlessly in a few minutes.

No need to Sync process and the rider can analyze times on the way to the next run.

At Baluo they use a timing system in various standardized tests such as T - Test and Illinois Agility Test. It was the first time they could measure both tests with high accuracy, thanks to push button gates and multigate Gate Zaro feature.

Prior working with our technology they were dependent on an inaccurate combination of optical gates and regular stopwatch triggered manually by hand.
